Industry: Others | Service: Software Development, Transformation Services

A set of innovative digital tools was developed to streamline supply chain operations in the pharmaceutical industry, enabling scalable growth, simplified partner onboarding, and increased operational efficiency across a national distribution network.

To strengthen its leadership in the pharmaceutical distribution market, a major national distributor partnered with AdvanceWorks to design and implement a suite of digital tools aimed at optimizing its end-to-end supply chain processes.

At the core of this transformation is a custom-built platform designed to simplify and automate critical logistics, ordering, and fulfillment operations for pharmacies, hospitals, and partners. The platform supports daily distribution of over €1.3M worth of products, serving more than 700 healthcare institutions and covering over 20% of the national market.

The project focused not only on innovation but also on consolidation—reviewing and modernizing legacy tools and workflows to ensure they are adaptable and scalable with increasing business demands. Additionally, new integration mechanisms were introduced to facilitate the rapid onboarding of new partners with minimal technical friction.

This comprehensive solution positions the company as a digital leader in pharmaceutical logistics, reinforcing its ability to deliver healthcare efficiently and reliably at scale.
