Qual será o teu papel

Nesta função, integrarás uma equipa técnica que fornecerá software que ajudará os nossos clientes a atingir os seus objectivos comerciais:

• We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Data Architect on a project for a prestigious client whose main activity is ancillary to air transport.
• This role will be instrumental in setting up a robust governance structure, designing architecture, identifying domain contexts, and ensuring secure and authorized access to data. The ideal candidate will act as an architect, providing a macro perspective to the team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape and grow our data capabilities and helping our client to accomplish its business objectives by:
• Working with other team members to achieve great performance
• Design solid technical architectures
• Providing technical guidance to the team
• Diagnosing and solving complex technical problems
• Challenging feature requirements if you think there is no value added by them
• Researching new technologies to improve effectiveness
• Participating and contributing to other company-wide initiatives

O que deves trazer à equipa

• At least 5 years of experience as a Data Architect;
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management, Computer Science or Information Systems are a plus;
• Lead the creation and development of our data area, including defining objectives, strategies, and initiatives;
• Expertise in crafting solutions within challenging environments;
• Develop and implement a comprehensive governance framework for data management and analytics processes;
• High sense of responsibility and rigor in the execution of tasks;
• Design and implement scalable and efficient data architectures to support business needs and future growth;
• Identify and prioritize key data domains and contexts to optimize data utilization and insights generation;
• Ensure secure and authorized access to data by implementing robust access control mechanisms and authentication protocols;
• Establish data access policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Experience in Agile environments
• A focus on the result (and not on the task);
• Ability to work both collaboratively but also on your own;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics into business processes and decision-making;
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English;
• The capacity to listen & influence people and foster change in a collaborative way;
