Qual será o teu papel

Nesta função, integrarás uma equipa técnica que fornecerá software que ajudará os nossos clientes a atingir os seus objectivos comerciais:

• You will have the opportunity to join our in-house Low-Code team, where we have several projects running on OutSystems. This will also allow you to work alongside our teams and our client's teams on challenging and interesting projects that we are collaborating on, particularly in the areas of health insurance, logistics services, and others. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions by creating advanced software solutions on the OutSystems platform. In this role, you will integrate a technical team delivering great software that will help our clients to accomplish their business objectives by:
• Take charge of technical leadership in OutSystems projects, supervising the design and implementation of advanced solutions.
• Demonstrate exceptional skills in creating advanced software on the OutSystems platform, ensuring efficient code and following best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, interacting with technical and non-technical members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Address and solve architectural challenges, implementing scalable, high-performance, and robust solutions for OutSystems applications.
• Sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Ensure effective interoperability between modules or external systems, providing an integrated user experience.
• Translating complex business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring that applications accurately and effectively meet customer needs.
• Continuously optimizing the performance of OutSystems applications, implementing strategies and techniques to improve operational efficiency.
• Challenging feature requirements if you think they add no value

O que deves trazer à equipa

• At least 3 years of proven work experience with the OutSystems platform
• Knowledge of SQL and experience in Data Modeling is a plus
• Knowledge in .NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management, or Mathematics are a plus
• High sense of responsibility and rigor in the execution of tasks
• OutSystems certifications are a plus (Associate Reactive Developer, Associate Traditional Web Developer)
• Experience in Agile environments
• A focus on the result (and not on the task)
• Ability to work both collaboratively but also on your own
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
• The capacity to listen & and influence people and foster change in a collaborative way
• A keen commitment to your team
